We are more than a "virtual" internet store. We have a complete manufacturing operation and outlet store. The Euroboots factory/shop is located in the village of Le Boupere in the Vendee region of western France. This area is one of the two centers of the bootmaking/shoemaking traditions in France. The area extends from Saumur on the Loire River, south through the region of Cholet. We are located on the southern most extremity of this region.

The Euroboots company is the modern representation of over 4 generations of Boot and shoe makers skilled in the traditional ways of this fascinating trade.

Our team here is led by Jean. He is a Master Bootmaker, with over 40 years in the profession, learning the trade and then taking over the manufacture from his father and grandfather. Jean is now training his son-in-law, Dominic, in the trade and passing on his "savoir faire" in design and pattern making.

The level of skill and talent in our production team can be better appreciated in the knowledge that they each have, on average, over 25 years in their trade. They are each true master craftsmen.

Our front office is run by Ian and Laurence. They are both well versed in the basics of the design and manufacture of footwear and are both fluent in English and French.

They work closely with our customers, advising them on choices in materials and colors and the development of the many unique styles we produce for both private and professional customers.
